Court Filed Case Against Kanhaiya Kumar For Giving 'objectionable' Statement Against PM Narendra Modi

A case has been registered against Kanhaiya Kumar in a Bihar court. BJP's minority cell's State Vice President Titu Badwal has filed a petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court.


A case has been registered in a Bihar court against Kanhaiya Kumar, former president of the Jawaharlal Nehru University Student Association (JNSU), for allegedly making objectionable statements against Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi). The complaint against Kanhaiya has been lodged in a court of Kishanganj in Bihar. BJP's minority cell's State Vice President Titu Badwal has filed a petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court. In the complaint, Badwal has alleged that Kanhaiya Kumar had given a 'provocative' statement on Monday in Anjuman Islam Hall of Kishanganj.
The matter has been filed in the court's registry and will be heard at the appointed time. Kanhaiya Kumar was addressing a public meeting of CPI Kanhaiya Kumar will contest the Lok Sabha election from the Begusarai seat of Bihar on the CPI ticket. In the past, Kanhaiya Kumar, who was associated with AISA, had come for the first time when he was detained in JNU premises for alleged anti-India slogans.

There are 10 main accused in the charge sheet, including Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya. The main accused in the charge sheet is Kanhaiya Kumar, Anirban Bhattacharya, Omar Khalid, seven Kashmir students and 36 other people. According to the chargesheet, Kanhaiya Kumar also used anti-country slogans. According to the witnesses, in the charge sheet, it has been reported that Kanhaiya Kumar had also used anti-country slogans.

Police got a video giving speech to Kanhaiya. With this it has been said that Kanhaiya had already informed the whole program. Seven Kashmiri students, who have names in the charge sheet, have been questioned.
