Schools are required to adhere to the following:
1. All cases of condonation of shortages of presences must be sent to the regional offices concerned in order to arrive by January 15th
2. School directors should provide the following with the request -
i) Maximum possible frequency of the student counted from the beginning day of the teaching of lessons X / X11 (beginning of session)
ii) Frequency submitted by the candidate during the aforementioned period until 1 January 2019.
iii) percentage of participation in the aforementioned candidate.
iv) Specific recommendations of the school principal.
All schools are required to reach and understand the circular Coord / Exams / 2018 of 5 October 2018 and the current circular to adhere to the guidelines / instructions. It can be noted that no request after January 15, 2019 will be accepted by the CBSE.
